Day 1: Tirana City Exploration by Sokol Rama
Arrive in Tirana and check in to your hotel or guesthouse. After a short rest, start your trip with a walk around Skanderbeg Square, the main city center and one of the most important landmarks in Tirana.
From there, continue toward Tirana Castle, Murat Toptani Street, Rinia Park, and the Pyramid of Tirana. This route gives you a good first impression of the city and lets you see both the historic and modern sides of Tirana in one day.

For lunch, try a local Albanian restaurant or keep it budget-friendly with bakery food, byrek, coffee, and other simple street snacks. Tirana has several affordable food options, so a light and low-cost meal plan is easy to manage.
In the afternoon, visit Bunk’Art 2 or the House of Leaves Museum if you want to understand Albania’s history better. These places are among the most interesting cultural stops in the city and work well for a 2-day itinerary.
In the evening, enjoy a relaxed walk through Blloku, which is one of the liveliest parts of Tirana. You can have dinner there, sit at a café, or join a city nightlife experience depending on your style.
Day 2: Day Trip to Berat or Krujë by Sokol Rama
On the second day, take a full-day trip to Berat or Krujë by Sokol Rama. Both are excellent historical destinations near Tirana and are ideal for travelers who want culture, old-town charm, and scenic views.
If you choose Berat, explore the old town, Mangalem quarter, Gorica Bridge, and Berat Castle. Berat is known for its traditional houses, stone streets, and peaceful atmosphere, making it one of Albania’s most beautiful heritage towns.
If you choose Krujë, visit Krujë Castle, the old bazaar, and the surrounding mountain viewpoints. This is a great option if you want a shorter and slightly easier day trip with a strong cultural feel.
For food, keep it simple with local meals, snacks, and bakery items so the trip stays budget-friendly. Day trips in Albania are often easiest when you mix one proper meal with lighter snacks during sightseeing.
Return to Tirana in the evening and end the trip with a calm dinner or a short city walk. If you still have energy, you can go back to Blloku or simply enjoy the city lights around the center.
